Lahari–MRT Music, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary, has received recognition from the Prime Minister of India. Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared the song Kamala Da Mogadole, sung by S. Janaki and owned by MRT Music, on his X account while extending Navaratri greetings to the nation.
The management of Lahari–MRT Music expressed that it is a moment of pride that the country’s Prime Minister has acknowledged the contribution of their institution, which has consistently promoted language, culture, arts, and artists.
They added that it is an honour for a Kannada music company to have its work appreciated by the Prime Minister, who conveyed a devotional message to the people of India through the song.
On the occasion, Lahari–MRT Music also extended Navaratri wishes to the Prime Minister and prayed for his continued strength, stability, and health in serving and protecting the nation.
