To handle festive rush, KSRTC is deploying additional buses between Bengaluru and Kerala from September 2 to 4, with return services till September 7, along with festive discounts on advance bookings.
In view of the Thiru Onam festival on September 5, the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has announced special transport arrangements to cater to the heavy festive rush between Bengaluru and Kerala.

Starting September 2 till September 4, a fleet of 90 additional buses will operate from Mysuru Road Satellite Bus Station and Shantinagar Bus Station in Bengaluru to major Kerala cities including Kannur, Kozhikode, Ernakulam, Palakkad, Thrissur, Kottayam, and Thiruvananthapuram.
To facilitate return journeys after Onam celebrations, KSRTC has also scheduled special services from Kerala back to Bengaluru on September 7.

For passenger convenience, advance ticket booking is available at www.ksrtc.karnataka.gov.in. Adding to the festive cheer, KSRTC is offering attractive discounts:
• 5% off when four or more passengers book tickets together.
• 10% off on the return journey when booking both onward and return tickets simultaneously.

The initiative is aimed at ensuring smooth, hassle-free travel for the thousands of passengers traveling home to celebrate Onam with their families.
