Sandesh Productions, which has delivered many successful films to the Kannada film industry, now brings GST, produced by Sandesh N and led by National Award–winner Sandesh Nagaraj. Srujan Lokesh not only stars as the hero but also makes his directorial debut with this film. GST is releasing grandly across the state this week on November 28.
GST carries several special highlights. Producer Sandesh himself has acted in an important role in the film. What exactly his role is has been kept secret by director Srujan Lokesh. Another major highlight is that Girija Lokesh, Srujan Lokesh, and Srujan’s son Sukruth — three generations — have acted together in the film. Grandmother, son, and grandson can all be seen sharing the screen. In his very first directorial venture, Srujan has said “action–cut” to both his mother and his son. The film is primarily entertainment-oriented, with the tagline Ghost in Trouble.
Rajani Bharadwaj plays the female lead opposite Srujan Lokesh. The film’s cast includes Pramod Shetty, Girija Lokesh, Shobh Raj, Sharath Lohithashwa, Niveditha, Aravind Rao, Tabla Nani, Ravishankar Gowda, Vinod Gobbaragala, Master Sukruth, and others.
Music for the film is composed by Chandan Shetty, and cinematography is by Gundlupete Suresh. Dialogues are written by Rajshekhar, and Tejaswi K. Nag is the film’s associate director.
