Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRC) has sparked widespread confusion and frustration among commuters by mistakenly swapping the names of two key stations on the upcoming Yellow Line metro corridor, Konappana Agrahara and Electronic City. This error has led to serious ticketing issues, as passengers intending to travel to Electronic City are buying tickets for Konappana Agrahara, and vice versa.

The mix-up has created chaos at ticket counters and on digital platforms, resulting in commuters facing travel disruptions and delays. Many passengers have expressed their dissatisfaction on social media, highlighting the inconvenience caused by this oversight just before the much-anticipated launch of the Yellow Line.
