The Renukaswamy murder case has entered a crucial phase, with the court announcing that charges against Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa, actress Pavithra Gowda, and other accused will be formally framed on November 3.

Following the request, the court granted time and fixed November 3 as the final date for framing charges. The court also directed that all the accused who are currently out on bail must be present in person for the next hearing.
The judge made it clear that if any of the accused fail to appear on November 3, non-bailable warrants will be issued against them.
On that day, the court will decide under which specific sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) the accused will be tried. Darshan and Pavithra Gowda are likely to face charges related to murder, assault, kidnapping, destruction of evidence, and criminal conspiracy.
