The Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) will organise a citywide Water Adalat on August 14, providing residents an opportunity to raise concerns related to water services. Scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., the programme aims to resolve issues including water billing discrepancies, delays in water supply, sanitary connection requests, and conversion of domestic connections to non-domestic use.

Locations across Bengaluru where adalat will be held
The initiative will be conducted simultaneously at multiple locations across Bengaluru to ensure accessibility for residents in all zones. In the North zone, the Adalat will take place at the 1st Floor of Pinakini Bhavan, Doddaballapura Main Road, Yelahanka New Town. The South zone venues include Jamboosavari Dinne Main Road in J.P. Nagar 8th Phase and Kapila Bhavan in Jayanagar’s 4th T Block.
Additional locations are Park Road in Chikka Lalbagh and Banagirinagar in Banashankari III Stage for the South West zone. In the East, sessions will be held at A. Narayanapura Main Road near K.R. Puram Railway Station, Kasturinagar’s 1st Main Road, and Swami Vivekanand Road in Halasur. The South East zone will also host an event at Koramangala 3rd Block.
For the West zone, venues include Vijayanagar Water Tank on 8th Main, M.C. Layout, and 5th Block, Outer Ring Road in Nagarbhavi.
Through this outreach, BWSSB seeks to enhance direct engagement with consumers and facilitate quick redressal of grievances affecting water and sanitation services.
