Bengaluru: In a major reshuffle, the govt Tuesday transferred 35 IPS officers, including Bengaluru traffic police chief MN Anucheth. IPS officer Karthik Reddy was appointed joint commissioner of police (traffic), Bengaluru city. Anucheth was posted as deputy inspector general of police (DIGP, recruitment). Some of the officers transferred and their new postings are: Chandragupta (IGP, north-eastern range, Kalaburagi); Ajay Hilori (joint commissioner of police, CCB, Bengaluru city); Ida Martin Marbaniang (DIGP, administration, Bengaluru police headquarters); Vartika Katiyar (DIGP, Ballari range), K Parashurama (DCP, Whitefield), Anoop A Shetty (DCP traffic, west), Jayaprakash (DCP traffic, north), Hakay Akshay Machhindra (DCP, central), Simi Mariam George (DCP traffic, south), Srihari Babu BL (DCP crime-1), SK Soumyalatha (DCP, City Armed Reserve HQ), Babasab Nemagoud (DCP, north), Anshu Kumar (SP, prisons), Gopal M Byakod (joint director, FSL), Shivanshu Rajput (SP, KGF), Suman D Pennekar (DCP, intelligence), KM Shantharaju (SP, intelligence), Shiva Prakash Devaraju (SP, Lokayukta), Yatish N (SP, railways), Saidulu Adavath (SP, CID), Narayana M (DCP, Electronics City), Anita Bhimappa Haddannavar (DCP, south-west), Nagesh DL (DCP, north-west).
