The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has opened applications for three prominent full-time positions at its Centre of Excellence (COE) in Bengaluru. These appointments aim to strengthen the national cricketing structure by enhancing coaching methodologies and integrating advanced sports science.

Resident Faculty for Batting and Resident Faculty for Bowling Roles
The first two roles—Resident Faculty for Batting and Resident Faculty for Bowling as part of BCCI recruitment —will focus on delivering BCCI’s coach education programmes from Level 0 to Level 3. Applicants must be former First-Class or International cricketers with a minimum of five years’ coaching experience at the state or elite youth level. Preference will be given to those certified at BCCI Level-2 or Level-3 and familiar with performance analysis tools and digital learning systems.
The third vacancy is for the Head of Sports Science and Medicine, a leadership position responsible for overseeing athlete development, injury management, and the integration of scientific practices across training and rehabilitation programs. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree (Doctorate preferred) in sports science or a related field and possess at least five years of experience managing high-performance, multi-disciplinary teams.
All roles are based at BCCI Bengaluru Centre of Excellence, with the application deadline set for 5:00 PM IST on August 20, 2025. Only candidates below 60 years of age will be considered. Shortlisted individuals will be invited for personal interviews as part of the selection process.
