The ambitious project will feature an integrated 8,000-seat Convention and Exhibition Centre, designed to host international summits, trade expos, innovation showcases, and cultural festivals. The development also includes a luxury hotel under the St. Regis brand, a dedicated performing arts theatre, Grade A office spaces, and a curated selection of food and beverage outlets offering global dining experiences.
This collaboration marks a significant milestone in positioning Bengaluru as a preferred global destination for business and cultural events. The facility aims to deliver a seamless blend of business infrastructure and hospitality, making it one of the largest and most versatile venues of its kind in the country.
Located within the upcoming Airport City near Kempegowda International Airport, the project is expected to contribute significantly to regional economic growth and urban development. With world-class architecture and amenities, the development underscores both BACL’s and Prestige Group’s commitment to enhancing India’s global standing in the MICE landscape while supporting Bengaluru’s evolving role as a hub for international business and culture.
