BENGALURU: A 40-year-old rowdy element was hacked to death in Halasuru on Tuesday late evening by a gang of four to five miscreants. The deceased has been identified as Shiva Kumar, alias Biklu Shiva, a resident near Halasuru Lake. With the Ministry of Law and Justice issuing over 20 orders on Monday approving judge transfers, the Karnataka High Court is set to gain two new judges–the new Chief Justice, Justice Vibhu Bakhru, and Justice Dinesh Kumar Singh.
