The Bengaluru police recently arrested two Congolese nationals, including a woman, and recovered 2.15 kg of synthetic drug MDMA valued at over Rs 5 crore after a tip-off. The accused have been identified as Joel Kabong, 28, and Joy Sunday, 22, both of whom arrived in India from Congo on student visas.
