The police arrested a 22-year-old grocery delivery agent in Bengaluru on Sunday for allegedly sexually harassing a Brazilian woman at her flat. The accused, identified as Kumar Rao Pawar, is a private college student in the city who works part-time for Blinkit, the police said.
