Israel recovers hostage body from Gaza Jerusalem, Nov 14 (IANS) Israel said Friday it recovered the body of a deceased hostage identified as Meny Godard held by militants in the Gaza Strip. After completing the identification process, officials notified the family of Godard that his remains had been returned for burial, the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) said in a statement. Unexploded ordnance blast kills three children in Afghanistan Kabul, Nov 14 (IANS) Three children lost their lives as an unexploded device left over from the past wars exploded in the western Afghanistan Badghis province, provincial police spokesman Sediqullah Sediqi said Friday.
