Seoul, July 18 (IANS) South Korea has found no abnormal levels of radioactive or heavy metal contamination in tests related to a suspected wastewater release from a North Korean uranium refining plant, the unification ministry announced Friday. The European Union has announced the latest round of sanctions against Russia over the war in Ukraine. In the 18th package of the sanctions announced today, the EU targets Russian oil exports, including refining of Russian oil in other countries.
