Karnataka transport officials Wednesday fined a Bengaluru businessman over Rs 38 lakh for driving a Rolls-Royce Phantom once owned by Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan and a Rolls-Royce Ghost previously belonging to Aamir Khan without paying the local road tax in the state.
