The fraud was detected on Tuesday night while reviewing phone messages, Gowda told reporters on Wednesday. “I got to know about it only when I received the messages of deduction from the banks. One lakh each has been siphoned from HDFC, SBI, and Axis Bank accounts. I have filed a police complaint in this regard,” he added.
