Indian Railways has announced a significant upgrade in service for passengers travelling between Udhna and Brahmapur, responding to growing public demand.
The Ministry of Railways is increasing the frequency of Train No. 19021/19022 Udhna–Brahmapur–Udhna Amrit Bharat Express from a weekly schedule to tri-weekly operations.
The revised schedule will provide more flexible options for commuters. Train No. 19021, originating from Udhna to Brahmapur, which previously ran only on Sundays, will now operate on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, starting from November 19, 2025. Similarly, the return journey, Train No. 19022 from Brahmapur to Udhna, formerly limited to Mondays, will now run on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, effective from November 20, 2025.
Importantly, there will be no alterations to the train’s existing timings, stoppages, or coach composition. All prior guidelines and instructions remain in effect, ensuring a seamless transition for regular passengers.
This enhancement is part of Indian Railways’ broader initiative to meet the evolving needs of travellers, making long-distance journeys more accessible and reliable. Passengers are advised to check the updated schedule and plan their trips accordingly to take full advantage of the increased services.
