Asd per reports, the police have claimed that the incident was an ‘accidental discharge’ from a gun that Noman Mia was holding. The bullet fired by Noman hit Bajendra in the thigh, causing severe bleeding. He was taken to the Bhaluka Upzila Health Complex but soon succumbed to the blood loss.
Noman Mia was arrested and Bajendra’s body was sent for autopsy at Mymensingh Medical College Hospital.
