In Uttar Pradesh’s Lakhimpur Kheri district, a Muslim woman named Salma has constantly been posting highly derogatory content about Hindus and Sanatan Dharma while posing as “Teena Hindustani” on Instagram.
Recently, Salma made a video using abusive and vulgar language against Hindu girls regarding the issue of love jihad.
Consequently, Shikha Verma, president of the All India Hindu Mahasabha, has filed a complaint against Salma based on this video.
Salma has an Instagram account called “Teena Hindustani,” where she frequently posts videos on Hindu and Sanatan issues. In a recent video, Salma commented on Hindu girls in the “Love Jihad” issue. She claims that Hindu girls don’t know what’s happening to them. She uses highly abusive language against Hindu girls. She also describes Muslim men accused of Love Jihad as victims.
Based on this outrageous video, the Hindu Mahasabha leader filed a police complaint against Salma. The police immediately took cognisance and registered an FIR under serious sections. OpIndia has a copy of the FIR.
Details of the FIR lodged against Salma
According to the FIR, Shikha Verma, President of the All India Hindu Mahasabha, has complained that Salma has an ID on the social media platform Instagram under the name teena-hindustani-up31. On this Instagram account, Salma regularly makes derogatory comments about Hindu women, causing widespread outrage within the Hindu community.
Shikha Verma stated that Salma has previously made comments that hurt the sentiments of the Hindu community. She added that Salma, a Muslim woman who has changed her name from a Hindu name, defames Hindu women on social media. She demanded that strict action be taken against the accused Muslim woman.
Based on the complaint, an FIR was registered against Salma, a Muslim woman, at the Kotwali Sadar police station in Lakhimpur Kheri on December 27, 2025. Salma has been charged under Section 299 of the Indian Penal Code (BNS), 2023, and Section 66 of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008.
What was said in the controversial video?
The FIR filed against Muslim woman Salma has been filed in connection with a video in which Salma makes derogatory remarks about Hindu girls.
In the video, Salma says, “The girls who say, ‘I got trapped in love jihad,’ it becomes a big topic of discussion afterwards. The girl is beaten up. They [Muslim men] even kill Hindu girls. They have a bulldozer run over her house. They beat up her family members.”
Salma makes an indecent remark, saying, “I don’t understand that those princesses, who get trapped in love jihad, when they sleep with that Muslim boy, they suck the lollipop a lot. Even then, they don’t know that he is a whore. They complete love jihad by sucking the lollipop. And then later, they trap us, saying that love jihad has happened. I did not know.”
He continued, “The girls said, ‘We knew he was Sandeep, Rahul, Raj, Mohan… and he was Abdullah. He lured me into love jihad, pretending we were Hindus, and later we found out he was Muslim. You’ve been fooled, and you didn’t even know if he was Hindu or Muslim.”
Salma was jailed earlier for indecent remarks on cows
Salma, aka Tina Hindustani, has been a repeat offender and an absolute Hinduphobe. Previously, she was jailed for making derogatory remarks against Hindus and Sanatan Dharma. Previously, she had made a video objecting to the practice of referring to cows as “mother” in Sanatan Dharma. The video sparked an uproar, and a lawsuit was filed, resulting in Salma’s imprisonment for two days.
In a video about cows, Salma had said, “Blind devotees, why do you get so irritated by your father’s name? When the cow is your mother, then her husband…her religious husband must be your father. If the cow is your mother, then the bull must be your father. Why do you get irritated? I mean, you don’t have a father, you have a mother, so how were you born? Tell me this.”
“Why do you get irritated? Don’t take offence at the truth. Blind devotees abuse me because they are a species that is immersed in blind devotion. But if someone tells them, they get irritated. I am telling the truth. Your father is roaming around in the Muslim neighbourhood. And there is no trace of your mother. Only the one who finds the truth bitter is a blind devotee,” she continues.
As Hindus outraged, Salma published an apology video
Salma, who faced criticism and outrage for her video making derogatory comments about Hindu girls in the Love Jihad case, released an apology video hours after it surfaced. In the video, she pleads for forgiveness. She claims she has been jailed before and will not repeat it again.
In the video, Salma says, “I made a video on love jihad, saying that Hindu girls don’t know at first that the man was Muslim. I made a mistake. I made that video without thinking. Please forgive me. I am very ashamed.”
She continues, “I’ve made this mistake again. I’ve just returned from jail. I haven’t been able to pay for it yet. That’s why I’m apologising. Any Hindu who sees this video, please don’t spread it around. I’m sorry, I made a mistake. I’ll never make a video like this again.”
While Salma asked people not to share the video and forgive, the outrageous video against Hindu women is still visible on her Instagram page. In the comments under the video, Muslim men have flooded laughing emojis and appreciative remarks.
