Through the film ‘Hondisi Bareyiri’, director Ramanehalli Jagannath had earlier delivered the message of accepting life as it comes. Now, he arrives with content that conveys parental values, with the idea that one small mistake in life can distance a family, and how long it takes for them to come together again.
He has given an apt title to this story—‘Teertharoopa Thandeyavarge’. After the trailer release, senior actress Sitara said “I have been given a very good role in this film. You will like my character. The story will touch the audience’s hearts. After many days, I have appeared in a colorful role in Kannada. I have also acted alongside my dream actor Rajesh Nataranga,” she said.
Director Ramanehalli Jagannath said: “This title was originally meant for another story. When I met Nihar, we discussed the script. A title is very important to attract the audience to the theatre. It must also be close to the people and must suit the story. So, we decided to keep this title for this film. Everyone said that ‘Teertharoopa Thandeyavarge’ is a very good title. The essence of the film is about what one finally finds at the end of the protagonist’s search. There is a strong ensemble cast. All the characters have come out naturally and beautifully,” he said.
Actor Nihar Mukesh said: “I am originally a Mysuru boy. My journey began through serials. After watching ‘Hondisi Bareyiri’, I felt I should work with director Jagannath. That dream has become true. I have played the character Pruthvi. The role carries a lot of emotional play,” he said.
Actress Rachana Inder stars opposite Nihar Mukesh in the film. The cast also includes experienced artistes such as Rajesh Nataranga, Sitara, Ravindra Vijay, and Ajith Hande. The film is produced under the banner of Jai Chamundeshwari Productions, and Ramanehalli Jagannath himself has written the story.
Sunday Cinemas, which produced ‘Hondisi Bareyiri’, is presenting this film. Ravichandra A.J. has supported the film as the executive producer.
‘Teertharoopa Thandeyavarge’ has been shot in both Kannada and Telugu languages. It will first release in Kannada, followed by the Telugu version titled ‘Priyamaine Nanaku’. The film features cinematography by Deepak Yaragere, music composed by Joe Coast, and dialogues written by Prashanth Rajappa.
‘Teertharoopa Thandeyavarge’ is ready for release. The team is preparing to bring the movie to theatres on January 1. Director Ramanehalli Jagannath is set to narrate a heart–touching family story through this film. Audiences will welcome the New Year with a new story is the belief of the team.
