The film Nenapugala Maathu Madhura, produced by Red & White Seven Raj and directed by Afzal, is ready for release. The trailer of the film was unveiled recently on the occasion of producer Seven Raj’s birthday. The film is written by Afzal, who has also handled screenplay, dialogues, choreography and direction. Seven Raj has produced the film and acted in it.
The trailer was released by Umesh Banakar, President of the Karnataka Film Producers’ Association. Navashakti Nagaraj, Mahender, Lokendra and Munikrishna attended the event as chief guests. After the launch, members of the film team spoke to the media.
Seven Raj said he has been associated with the film industry for 35 years, having acted in several Kannada and Malayalam films including Rudra Tandava, Matsara and Anukool Kobba Ganda. He has produced two films earlier, and Nenapugala Maathu Madhura is his third production, in which he also plays a role. He said he is happy that the trailer was released on his birthday and added that the film contains all elements required for audiences. The release is planned soon. He also announced that after this film’s release, he will produce a biopic on his life titled 7 to 77.

Director Afzal said Nenapugala Maathu Madhura comprises four stories, each running for about 25 minutes. The four stories move in different dimensions and are inspired by situations people currently witness around them. This is his third directorial. Afzal mentioned that Seven Raj initially came to act in the film, but later agreed to produce it. Afzal has taken up the responsibilities of story, screenplay, dialogues, choreography and a lead role. The film began production on Seven Raj’s birthday last year, and the trailer was released on his birthday again this year. The Tamil rights of the film have also been sold.
Raju Emmiganur shared details about the songs in the film. Cast members including Vasishta Bantanoor, Ranveer, Raj Prabhu, Anjali and Rekha Ramesh spoke about their roles.
