An interesting and catchy title under the banner of Kesari Nandana Cine Creations, producer Navaneetha Lakshmi and director K.R. Suresh recently organized the grand release event of the teaser and songs of “Chitralahari.” The teaser was launched by Kannada Film Chamber of Commerce President Krishne Gowda, and the songs were released by senior director Purushottam.
Director K.R. Suresh has prepared the teaser without dialogues. Appreciating this, Kannada Film Chamber of Commerce President Krishne gowda said, “This impressed me a lot. I wish the film great success.” He further added, “The government is considering stopping the subsidy given to films from this year. If that happens, it will be a big setback for Kannada cinema. Soon, we will meet the Honorable Chief Minister along with senior members of the film industry regarding this he stated.
Releasing the songs and wishing success to the team, senior director Purushottam said that he has acted in this film.
Chitralahari revolves around two stories, but the climax is the same. The story was prepared during the Covid period, but the shooting began last year. Most of the filming took place in Bengaluru. The film is ready for release. Satish Babu has given very good songs, but unfortunately he is not with us at the time of the film’s release. With the cooperation of the entire team, the film has come out very well. With elements of love, action, sentiment—everything the audience expects—the film will soon be released across the state,” said director K.R. Suresh.
This is our second film under the Kesari Nandana Cine Creations banner. I hope the encouragement given to our first film ‘Vicky’ continues for this one as well. I thank the dignitaries who unveiled the teaser and songs,” said producer Navaneetha Lakshmi.
Sharing information about their roles, lead actors Varun Devayya and Srikanth thanked the film team. Cinematographer Senthil Kumar, stunt director Jaguar Sannappa, choreographer Nalme Srinivas, artiste Satish, and assistant directors Deepak S. Avandkar and Rajesh Beerabbi spoke about the film.
Varun Devayya and Srikanth play the lead roles in the film, while Ganvi and Harshita star as the heroines. Sooryatej, Srinath, Pradeep, Chandru, Ranga, Satish Gowda, Tejaswini, Padma, Yuvashree, Gayathri, Rajashekar, and others are part of the cast.
