The grand trailer launch event of Bank of Bhagyalakshmi, produced by H.K. Prakash—the producer behind successful films like Rangi Taranga and Avane Srimannarayana—was held recently. Dheekshith Shetty, who has become popular through hit films like ‘Dia’ and ‘Blink’, plays the lead, with Brinda Acharya as the heroine. The film is directed by Abhishek M.
Roaring Star Sriimurali unveiled the trailer and conveyed his best wishes to the team. Notable personalities such as Nenapirali Prem, Meghana Gaonkar, Lahari Velu and others attended the event and wished the film great success. After the trailer launch, members of the film team addressed the gathering.
Director Abhishek, who runs a VFX studio called “Pinaka” along with his friends, said: “This is my first film as a director. This story began during the Corona period as an idea for a short film. Later, I felt it would be better to make it into a feature film. Producer H.K. Prakash liked the story, and Dheekshith Shetty and Brinda Acharya were finalised as the lead pair. Then the project took off. Now the film has reached the release stage. The support of the team is the main reason the film has turned out as envisioned. I thank the dignitaries who released the trailer. Our film is releasing grandly on November 21. We seek everyone’s support,” he said.
Producer H.K. Prakash said: “I became a producer with RangiTaranga. This is my sixth production. With the cooperation of the entire team, a good film has been made. I hope the support you have given all our previous films continues for this one as well.”
My films ‘Dia’ and ‘Blink’ received tremendous support from you all. I have a desire to act in films of various genres. My previous films were of different genres; this one is different too. I am confident that our film will succeed. I will thank everyone again at the success meet. Also, as our film releases on November 21, I request everyone to come to theatres and make it a success,” said lead actor Dheekshith Shetty.
Everyone kept asking me who my competition is. I would say, ‘I am my own competition.’ Now it has come true. Two of my films are releasing on November 21. I play two different characters in them. I am very happy to have acted in ‘Bank of Bhagyalakshmi’ said lead actress Brinda Acharya.
Actors Shreevatsa, Shreyas Sharma, Ashwin Rao Pallakki, Vinuth and actress Usha Bhandari, who play the hero’s friends, also spoke about the film
