The release date of the action thriller Mufti Police has been confirmed. The film starring Arjun Sarja and Aishwarya Rajesh in lead roles will hit theatres worldwide on November 21. The movie marks the directorial debut of Dinesh Letchumanan and is produced under the GS Arts banner by G. Arul Kumar.
Mufti Police is positioned as a crime thriller. The makers state that the film explores the idea that law can surpass justice and justice can surpass ethics, but ultimately ethics prevail in the final judgment. Alongside Arjun Sarja and Aishwarya Rajesh, the cast includes former Bigg Boss contestant Abhirami, Ramkumar, G.K. Reddy, P.L. Thenappan, Logu, writer-actor Vela Ramamoorthy, Thangadurai, Prankster Rahul, and O.A.K. Sundar.
Saravanan Abhimanyu is handling the cinematography, with Ashivagan composing the music. Editing is by Lawrence Kishore. The film is set for a theatrical release later this month.
