The film “Majestic-2”, produced under the Amma Enterprises banner by H. Anandappa of Chitradurga, is gearing up for release in November. The film features Bharath Kumar, son of senior producer Shilpa Srinivas, in the lead role. Senior actress Shruti plays the role of the protagonist’s mother.
The film has completed shooting and post-production work, and the producers are preparing for a November release. The Censor Board recently reviewed the film and awarded it a U/A certificate.
Ramu has written the story and screenplay and has directed the film. Bharath Kumar and Sanhita Vinya appear as the male and female leads. The storyline focuses on the present-day Majestic area, highlighting the illegal activities, crimes and ongoing rowdyism there, narrated through the life of a boy who grows up in that locality.
Filming took place in locations such as Majestic (Bengaluru), Ramoahalli, HMT, Sakre Adda near Makali, RT Nagar’s Nisarga House, and Murugha Math in Chitradurga. A special highlight is the hero introduction song featuring Malashree, which was filmed at R.S. Gowda Studio.
The film includes five songs, with Vinu Manasu as the music director. Venus Murthy has handled cinematography, Vijay Kumar is the associate director, and Chinnayya is the stunt director.
