In a major economic development, the Government of Karnataka has approved investment projects worth ₹27,607 crore through the State High-Level Clearance Committee (SHLCC). The decision covers 13 key projects across multiple districts, promising a strong boost to industrial growth and employment generation in the state.

According to official information, 11 new projects and 2 expansion projects have received the green light from the committee. Together, these projects represent a combined investment of over ₹27,607 crore, signaling growing investor confidence in Karnataka’s industrial ecosystem.
The approved projects are expected to generate 8,704 direct employment opportunities, offering new livelihoods in both urban and semi-urban regions.
