The film team came before the media to share various details and released the character teaser of “Sarkari Nyayabele Angadi”.
In Karnataka’s political landscape, L. R. Shivaramegowda is recognized as a colorful politician. Through this film, he is making his debut on the silver screen. In “Sarkari Nyayabele Angadi”, he plays the role of the Chief Minister. Speaking about this unique experience, he said “I have been in politics for nearly four decades. Even though I was elected as a public representative, I never had the opportunity to become a minister, which was a disappointment. But in this film, I have not only become a minister but the Chief Minister itself. Although I haven’t been CM in real life, I got to be one in silver screen life. I’ve played the role as directed by the filmmakers. Even though I have always had ties with the film industry, I had never acted on screen before. Acting was a new experience for me. I’m confident my role has come out very well. This film reflects the current state of the ration system and I believe everyone will like it,” he shared.
Actress Ragini Dwivedi plays the role of Parvathi, a rural woman said: “This is one of the rarest roles in my career so far. It portrays a strong woman who exposes what happens inside the fair price shop — from transactions to corruption. To my knowledge, a film like this has never been made in Kannada cinema. There are a lot of expectations for my role in this movie.” Shooting in rebel star Dr Ambarish birth place Dodda Arasinakere was another notable aspect of this film she pointed.
Actor Kumar Bangarappa stated that this is a film that connects with audiences of all kinds. It was an amazing experience shooting entirely in the rural setting of Mandya district. Thanks to the producers, director, and technicians, the film has shaped up beautifully. The shoot wrapped up before we even realized it. It left us all with unforgettable memories. I too am eagerly waiting to watch it on the big screen.”
Veteran actor Doddanna added that the entire film was shot in Doddaresinakere, the birthplace of our beloved Mandya hero, Ambareesh. The locations in the film are places where Ambareesh was born and grew up, and his blessings are with this project. I play Ragini’s father in this movie. It carries a strong social message, and I am happy to be a part of it.” Doddanna came to the event on a wheel chair as he fell down recently breaking his hip bone.
