In the past, the success of a film’s audio was judged by the number of cassettes sold. With cassettes now forgotten, the team of Full Meals has attempted something different by releasing their song on cassette, evoking old memories.
The audio launch took place at Maruti Mandir in Vijayanagar. Music director Gurukiran, actor Likith Shetty, director N. Vinayak, and actresses Khushee Ravi and Tejaswini Sharma unveiled the cassette. Gurukiran played the song on a tape recorder, formally launching it and reminding the audience of earlier times.
The song “Wah Eno Hawa”, written by Kaviraj, is a melody love track. It has been released on DJK Audio’s YouTube channel and has been sung by Vijeth Aras and Sunidhi Ganesh.
Speaking at the press conference, Gurukiran said that while the way of presenting music may change, music itself never changes. He added that the songs of Full Meals have been created in line with the current generation’s trends.
Full Meals is a romantic comedy revolving around a wedding photographer. The team has expressed confidence that the film, which combines entertainment with new elements, will appeal to audiences.
The film is scheduled to release on November 21. The team plans to promote it further with the release of additional songs and the trailer before the release date.
Actor Likith Shetty, who was earlier a popular anchor on Udaya Music, gained recognition through films like Sankashtakara Ganapathi and Family Pack (produced under Puneeth Rajkumar’s PRK Productions). He also acted in last year’s Abbabba, directed by K.M. Chaitanya. In Full Meals, he has taken on the role of producer for the first time.
The film has been written and directed by Chitradurga’s N. Vinayak. Gurukiran is the music director, Deepu S. Kumar is the editor, Manohar Joshi is the cinematographer, Harish Gowda has written the dialogues, Vishwas Kashyap is the art director, and Arjun Raj is the stunt director.
The cast includes Rangayana Raghu, Suraj Lokre, Vijay Chendoor, Ravi Shankar Gowda, Rajesh Nataranga, Sujay Shastri, Chandrakala Mohan, Hunnavalli Krishna, Ramesh Pandit, Ganesh Rao, Kote Prabhakar, Chetan Durga, Nagendra Aras, and Moogu Suresh, along with others.
