The film Kamal Sridevi is scheduled to release across Karnataka on September 19. Ahead of the release, the team organized a pre-release event at Mantri Mall, Bengaluru, with the entire cast and crew present.
Director-producer Tarun Sudhir and actress Ragini Dwivedi attended as chief guests. Tarun Sudhir, who has already watched the film, said it has a strong story and presentation, and expressed confidence in its success. Ragini Dwivedi said she had journeyed with the team and described their work as excellent, adding that the film would receive a strong response from the audience.
Quoting at the event, Tarun Sudhir said “Watch Kannada cinema for just ₹200..!! Kamal Sridevi has the best script. It will win big and stand tall.” Ragini Dwivedi added “These people are cinema lovers. This is the best I’ve seen. Content & Creative Team.”
As part of the event, senior artistes were honored. Rajavardhan, son of supporting actor Dingri Nagraj, organized the felicitation of senior artistes Bengaluru Nagesh, M.N. Lakshmidevamma, Beeradar, Umesh, and Honnavalli Krishna. They were presented with financial assistance on stage.
Speaking about the initiative, Rajavardhan said “As a supporting actor’s son, if I am able to do this today, it is because of Tarun Sudhir. With his advice and guidance, I have come this far. Honoring these senior artistes has given me a sense of fulfillment. Kamal Sridevi has been made with complete passion for cinema, and this effort will definitely work out. The film team, including artistes and technicians, shared their experiences and acknowledged the curiosity shown by audiences so far. They expressed confidence that the film will meet expectations on release day. Lead actor Sachin Chaluvarayaswamy thanked Tarun, Ragini, and the team, while actress Sangeetha Bhat said there was more to share after release and urged audiences to watch the film on September 19.
Kamal Sridevi is presented by Sri N. Chaluvarayaswamy and produced by B.K. Dhanalakshmi under the banner of Swarnambika Pictures, with co-production by Rajavardhan of Barnswallow Company. The film stars Sachin Chaluvarayaswamy, Kishore, Ramesh Indira, and Sangeetha Bhat. Directed by V.A. Sunil Kumar, the film’s creative responsibility is handled by co-producer Rajavardhan. Keerthan has composed the music, Nagesh Acharya has done the cinematography, and editing is by Kevin.
