Dr. Shivarajkumar has always been encouraging and supporting new teams and fresh attempts. Recently, under the banner of Gagan Sanidhya, with the blessings of Shivarajkumar and Geetha Shivarajkumar, and with the support of Belur Gopalakrishna, Srinivas, Mamatha Srinivas, Somashekar, and K.M. Nataraj are producing a new film. Shivarajkumar himself revealed the title by writing it with his own hand. The film has been titled “Bestie”. While unveiling the title, he wished the team great success.
Arya Yogesh, who earlier worked as an assistant director in the film “45”, is now making his directorial debut through “Bestie.” The story and screenplay are written by the director himself. Shoaib (Hyderabad) is handling cinematography, Sunny is the music director, Shivakant is the art director, and Suri Master is choreographing the songs. The lead roles are played by Chetan Gowda Narehalli and Satvik Venkatesh. Kari Subbu, Tennis Krishna, and others are part of the cast. The heroine selection is in progress.
“I had directed Kedarnath Kurifarm last year. When my friend Arya Yogesh narrated the story of Bestie, I really liked it. That’s when I decided to go ahead with producing this film. Bestie is a beautiful love story. Along with that, the director is also portraying how today’s youth get deceived by modern technology. We will start the shoot after Ganesh Chaturthi. I sincerely thank Dr. Shivarajkumar for unveiling the title and encouraging us,” says producer Srinivas (Sheenu Sagar).
