The Bangalore Development Authority has invited applications for online bidding of 184 developed residential sites across prime and emerging localities in the city.
The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has rolled out a fresh round of e-auctions for 184 developed residential sites spread across Bengaluru. The civic body has released two separate notifications, inviting citizens to participate in the online bidding process.

As per the first notification, 122 sites, including corner and intermediate plots, were opened for auction on August 11. These sites are being sold on an “as is, where is” basis, with the minimum bid increment fixed at Rs 500 per square metre. Interested buyers must register by August 25, while live bidding is scheduled for August 28, 29, and 30. Key locations in this round include Lingadheeranahalli, Hemmigepura, Valagerehalli, Rachanahalli, Kacharakanahalli, Kothanur, Thalaghattapura, Gubbalala, and Chalkere.

In a separate notification issued on Sunday, the BDA announced the auction of 59 additional sites across high-demand layouts. Applications for this round will remain open until September 6, with plots located in prime neighbourhoods such as Agara, Dookannalli, Thippasandra, Jakkasandra, Thanisandra, Rachanahalli, Banaswadi, and Hennur, areas already known for steep land valuations.
Officials confirmed that complete details on the application and bidding process are available under the e-auction section of the BDA website, encouraging citizens to explore opportunities to own residential sites in Bengaluru’s rapidly expanding real estate market.
