Produced by ace music director of Kannada cinema with many top films Ajaneesh Loknath, directed by C.R. Bobby, starring Shine Shetty and Ankita Amar — releasing on August 22, Under the banner of ABBS Studios, producer-music director Ajaneesh Loknath and C.R. Bobby have brought to life the much-anticipated film ‘Just Married’, starring Bigg Boss fame Shine Shetty and Ankita Amar (terrific actress of Ibbani Tabbida Ileyali) in lead roles. The trailer launch event was recently held with grand celebration. Divine Star Rishab Shetty unveiled the trailer online and wished the team success.
The venue resembled a wedding house, complete with traditional elements — guests were welcomed with wedding garlands and auspicious items, while women adorned mehendi on their hands. The film team arrived dressed as if attending a wedding, adding a unique charm to the event.
Speaking at the launch, Ajaneesh Loknath said, “C.R. Bobby has always had the desire to direct a film, and I too encouraged it. The journey from the start of production till today has been filled with immense support from the team. Many stars including Dr. Shivarajkumar, Upendra, Kiccha Sudeep, Rakshit Shetty, Raj B. Shetty, Rishab Shetty, Nithilan, and Ajay Bhupathi have released our songs, teaser, and trailer. Our songs released by Anand Audio have already become popular. Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films, after watching the movie, decided to distribute it through VK Films. The film will release across Karnataka on August 22.”
Director C.R. Bobby expressed, “My long-time dream of directing a film has come true through ‘Just Married’. The shoot wrapped three days ahead of schedule, thanks to the cooperation of the cast and crew, especially cinematographer P.G. Producer Ajaneesh ensured there was no compromise in production. With the trailer now out, I hope for the audience’s support when the film releases on August 22.”
Actress Shruthi, who has been part of recent hits like Katera, Krishnam Pranaya Sakhi, Madeva, and Ekka, praised Bobby’s working style and said she believes Just Married will join the success list.
Veteran actress Malavika Avinash kept her role a secret but praised the director: “This doesn’t feel like Bobby’s first directorial venture — she has handled it like an experienced filmmaker. Women directors are rare in the industry, and I congratulate Ajaneesh for giving this opportunity to a woman filmmaker.” There is devil in details – director Bobby is so accurate and never missed on the details complimented talented actress Malavika Avinash.
Lead actor Shine Shetty recalled how Ajaneesh approached him after Kantara: “He called me, narrated the story along with Bobby, and I instantly loved it. Working with such a stellar cast — Devaraj, Shruthi, Malavika Avinash, Sriman — has been an absolute joy.”
Lead actress Ankita Amar shared, “My journey in this film revolves around three things — dream, work, and story. I’ve been fascinated by acting since childhood, wondering how stars perform so well. This is only my second film, and I’m honored to act alongside such legendary actors.”
Abhiman of TV serials (Nannarasi Radhe) praised the team and he plays the young age of Dynamic star Devaraj.
Other cast and crew members, including Sriman, Vani Harikrishna, Vedika, choreographer Shanti Master, art director Amar, and VK Films’ Rajesh also shared their experiences.
