The Kannada film September 10, directed and produced by veteran filmmaker Om Sai Prakash, has won an international award ahead of its theatrical release.
The film, which carries the message that suicide is not the only solution to life’s problems, has received the Best Film Award at the 17th Charminar International Film Festival held in Hyderabad. The festival is organised in collaboration with the Universal Film Makers Council and Genesis Ultima Dubai.
The award will be presented to director-producer Om Sai Prakash during the festival event scheduled for July 26 and 27 at Prasad Film Lab in Hyderabad.
September 10 is yet to release in theatres but has already garnered recognition at the international level.
