The filming and dubbing of “The Devil”, the much-anticipated film starring Challenging Star Darshan, has been completed. The film is being produced on a grand scale under the banner of Sri Jai Matha Combines, with Prakash Veer writing the story and screenplay, and also directing the project.
Shooting took place across multiple locations including Bengaluru, Rajasthan, and Bangkok. Recently, two song sequences were filmed in Bangkok, after which the team returned to India, marking the completion of the film’s shoot. Dubbing for all actors, including Darshan, has also been finished.
Post-production work is currently underway at full pace. The makers have announced that one of the songs will be released soon, and they are aiming to bring the film to theatres at the earliest.
From the beginning, The Devil has generated significant attention. Posters revealing Darshan’s new looks have already been released and received wide circulation. Audiences are now waiting for the theatrical release.
The cinematography is by Sudhakar S. Raj, with B. Ajaneesh Loknath composing the music. Harish Komme is handling editing, Mohan B Kere is the art director, and Ram-Lakshman are in charge of action choreography.
Rachita Rai stars as the female lead opposite Darshan. The supporting cast includes Tulasi, Achyuth Kumar, Mahesh Manjrekar, Srinivas Prabhu, and Shobh Raj.
