The shooting of Balaramana Dinagalu, starring Tiger Vinod Prabhakar, has been completed. Following the success of Maadeva, this film has drawn attention since its announcement and is considered a much-anticipated project. The film was shot over 80 days across various locations including Bengaluru, Mysore, Shivamogga, and Sakaleshpur. Post-production work is set to begin shortly.
Balaramana Dinagalu is directed by K.M. Chaitanya, known for Aa Dinagalu, and is produced under the Padmavati Films banner by Padmavati Jayaram and Shreyas. This marks their debut production venture.
Priya Anand plays the female lead opposite Vinod Prabhakar. The cast also includes Atul Kulkarni and Ashish Vidyarthi. Vinay Gowda, known from Bigg Boss, is also part of the cast. Several prominent actors who have worked in Kannada and other languages have participated in the film, and the team plans to share more details soon.
Set in the 1980s, the film features music by renowned Indian composer Santhosh Narayanan. This marks his first Kannada film composition. Cinematography is by Venu.
